Nathan (calmly, but with a hint of curiosity): "Not a great spot for a fixer-upper, don’t you think?" Kent narrows his eyes, unsure of the man's intentions. Kent (gruffly): "Didn’t know I was expecting company. You lost or something?" Nathan smiles faintly, but it doesn’t reach his eyes. He takes another step closer, scanning the mansion behind Kent as if drawn to it.
